What is the best after market GPS Navigation system for a 2005 BMW 545i? Garmin,lowrance, or Alpine?
when you choos best bmw gps system, what factors do you consider? for example: if gps is mounted on the windshield, does it shake when you drive? If you mount it on the dashboard, do you have to permanently stick something on the actual dashboard itself? or what other factors of bmw gps navigation?

I personally would go with Garmin gps.Garmin is widely used in Aviation.Lots of Large Jets use Garmin for navigational purposes. Same manufacturer, but different type of navigation.
