Can you download new voices for the Garmin nuvi 260? or Can I get alternative voices for my garmin nuvi 250 sat nav? I just got the Garmin nuvi 260, my friend is garmin nuvi 250 and the girls voice bugs me. Are there other voices that can be download to change original voice on the Garmin?

Unfortunately you can’t download voices for the Garmin GPS nuvi 260,250units, I’ve been looking for a couple of years now. The TomTom allows you to download all kind of gps voices but with Garmin your stuck with the voices that are loaded on it, but you can change to one of the other voices in the unit.
