Is the Tomtom one third edition better then the garmin c330?

garmin c330 gps better because c330 has better gps map than tomtom one , i had tom tom third edition is like the worst map for gps i try, so basic.You should consider garmin nuvi 200 over c330 is newer and a lot smaller and easier to read.
I have the TomTom One and it works great. Bought my daughter one for vehicle also . Worlds top seller , it can`t be too bad .
