You don’t have to pre-program your interest sites in order to get the benefit of the injured care sites. If your GPS is accessing satellite signals then it always knows where it is. If you create a custom POI list of the injured care locations they will always be listed in the nearest-first order so at any given instant you just look in your custom POI list and the nearest care center will be first in the list. My experience is about a Garmin nuvi 350 gps. and you can use waypoints or custom POIs (for garmin’s newer GPSrs).
