Magellan 315 GPS MOB feature–MOB means ” man over board”, if you use magellan 315 gps , do you know what is MOB intended features?

Now Let me share my magellan gps experience with you. The GPS Man Overboard feature is designed for marine use. If someone falls out of your boat, you can hit that button. The device will mark your current location as a waypoint and immediately start pointing you back to that location.

The intention behind it is if you’re in moving water or open water it may be difficult to precicely figure out where that person fell out of your boat. This will help you get back to that spot quickly before they risk drowning. this is a special and meaningful use for magellan gps. do you know other meaningful magellan gps features, share with us.
