No, blackberry pearl does not have free gps plan. you will need to subscribe to Verizon’s TeleNav service in order to utilize the GPS radio. I don’t believe Verizon allows the GPS to work with any other program other than theirs. but you can download google mobile map, that also have map function just as gps,and it is free.
