someone will wonder does GPS work in Mumbai,India and other cities. IN fact all GPS’s will work everywhere. However the base map loaded on the GPS is usually dependant on where you bought it. Most GPS from America will have a base Americas map with high level roads etc. Without a good base map for your area your GPS is not going to be very useful as you wont be able to glance at it and know where you are in relation to ground fatures.
