What is the best GPS brand to buy?I want a GPS that is going to perform like it’s suppose to.  I work on the road a lot all across the country, so I really need it to be reliable. I don’t want it to be portable. put it in my truck. Which brand is the best? I know where to purchase a GPS from it’s just the matter of which brand? Germin? TomTom? Magellan? Navigon? Whatever ones you think are the best brand….
I spent a lot of time comparing and for my money – Garmin is way ahead. I have had the Garmin GPS18 installed on my laptop and have traveled 1000′s of miles in the past year and it never let me down. Never have been lost yet and has provided good information on POI’s etc
i have my Garmin 2620 since 2005 and works well for me. never had any problems with it.
I have researched your question and found that Germin is the best brand. It is reliable, affordable, and hasn’t failed me yet. I have been through various GPS brands and found that Germin is the best. TomTom is also but I highly recommend Germin.
